On August 5, 2008, Mr. James L. Needles, Senior Counsel at One Prudential Plaza, Chicago, Illinois, was served the exact contents of this blog. The blog site as it is now was sent to him to review. I stated in the letter "If you find any errors, notify me of said errors and I will correct them at once." Mr. James L. Needles did not respond in any fashion, hence he concurs with the information posted.

On August 19, 2008, This same information was sent to Mr. Dwayne Douglas, Attorney, Waukegan, Illinois, and the request was made of him. "If there is any misinformation stated in the blog, this is your opportunity to send the necessary corrections to me along with the evidence in support of said corrections." Mr. Dwayne Douglas agrees as he has never rebutted the facts presented to the world. In effect he knows what he has done is wrong. Amia Jade Graf Stith is being kept from her real family.

We have spoken to several attorneys in the Lake County, and Cook County Illinois area. All of these attorneys have stated that what has happened and what is going on is wrong. None of them will intervene and stop the child laundering unless they are paid to do so. If there is anyone out there that can help return Amia to those that are her true family, please call, 870 436 3508 or email smcpelkey@yahoo.com
