I have personal first hand knowledge of the events that have transpired since March of 2008 which document and prove that those representing the 19th Circuit Court in Lake County Illinois are involved in child laundering.
Attorney Dwayne Douglas represents Kimberly A. Gamberale-Rosas. He stated in the court to the judge, David Brodsky, the attorneys Laura Horner and Kathryn Somers, and the Officer, unknown to me at this time but discoverable through court records, that was present that “If the Notice to Vacate Guardianship is addressed, my client would have no standing to adopt.”
Follow closely what these people are telling us by their acts and actions supported by what they are saying and what they are not saying.
All in that court room began the session with the truth. The party moving to ADOPT Amia Jade Graf have no standing to move forward in a court of law to grant a remedy [adoption] to Kim. So this is not a court of law as we think of law.
Judge Brodsky acknowledges statement and moves forward with business. Tells court representatives what to do and reschedules another hearing. Guardian Ad Lidem tells me directly that 1. she did not know the name of Kim's live-in boyfriend. 2. she did not know what he did for a living. 3. she had not done a background check on him. 4. she only knew they had a "cute" place and Amia "seemed" well-adjusted. 5. This determination was made in 1 1/2 hours.

Jamie Graf, Amia's mother, was dating Kim's son, Jim. Jamie had a private agreement with Kim for Kim to act as guardian over Amia. Kim had her attorney, Dwayne Douglas, draw up guardianship papers for Jamie to sign regarding Amia Jade Graf. Kim filed papers with the court. Jamie and Jim broke up. Jim has threatened Jamie’s life and well-being if she ever showed up in his state [Illinois] again. This is public record as he sent it on her my space page. The court and all officials involved have their own personal copy of this threat. Once guardianship was established Amia’s connection with all biological family members was immediately severed. ALL CONTACT WAS TERMINATED. When Jamie’s mother and grandmother found out what had transpired – they were in Indiana and Wisconsin respectively at the time, they stepped in to help.
Dwayne Douglas, David Brodsky, Laura Horner, and Kathryn Somers and all that have access to the case files 08 AD 29 and 07 P874 have full knowledge that Jamie has notice the court to terminate and vacate the private, not court ordered, guardianship. JUDGE BRODSKY WILLFULLY REFUSES TO GIVE AMIA BACK TO JAMIE.
I have spoken to three [3] different attorneys in the Chicago, Illinois area and ALL three [3] state unequivocally that Kim has no standing in any court of LAW to adopt Amia, her attorney does not have any backing to bring this action before a court of law, and none of the attorneys spoken to will get involved.
A complaint outlining the facts of the case and the CHILD LAUNDERING SCHEME of those involved has been filed with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
James L. Needles, Senior Counsel has stated the following. “You complained that Mr. Douglas’ client had no standing to intervene in a probate matter and that he was culpable of child endangerment.”
Probate? Probate deals only with wills.
“PROBATE – The act or process of proving a will. The proof before an ordinary, surrogate, register, or other duly authorized person that a document produced before him for official recognition and registration, and alleged to be the last will and testament of a certain deceased person, is such in reality. A judicial act of determination of a court having competent jurisdiction establishing the validity of a will.” Black’s Law 4th Edition.
Please explain how this is a probate matter when 3 year-old Amia Jade Graf is alive? How is guardianship, adoption, and probate all intertwined?
Mr. James L. Needles has stated for the record that this is NOT about Guardianship OR Adoption. IT IS ABOUT PROPERTY.
The heinous actions of Douglas, Somers, Horner, Brodsky, and Needles absolutely shock the conscience.
